I’m a therapist, former clinical director, and the creator of the Becoming Boundaried Path. Over the past two decades, I’ve helped thousands of compassionate people — therapists, teachers, physicians, caregivers, nonprofit leaders, executives, and everyday helpers — transform their lives through the power of embodied boundaries.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. I’ve designed trauma-informed behavioral health programs. I’ve trained graduate students. I’ve led clinical teams. I’ve sat across from countless clients in private practice.
But I’ve also been the client.
The one who was drowning in invisible expectations. Who was praised for her empathy while quietly unraveling under the weight of chronic overfunctioning. Who had read the books, gone to therapy, followed the rules… and was still disappearing.
I didn’t just study this work. I lived it.
